We also provide a design service where you can have a bespoke piece of jewellery made to order. The finished item can be to your design or designed in conjunction with Jackey, but we will always try and incorporate creative and innovative designs with only the best workmanship possible. You may already have ideas for the alteration of an old piece of jewellery you no longer wear, or for a special piece to be made, or even the restoration of a once loved “old friend”. We can help you through the whole process and can create whatever you desire in Platinum, 9ct, 18ct, 22ct yellow, white, rose gold or silver, using all the many and varied gemstones available. The world is your oyster!

In our shop we also carry out all jewellery repairs, restringing, watch repairs and lots of day to day services like changing watch batteries, watch straps, links in or out of watch straps, clasps and many other services.
